Shipping & Delivery Policy

At The Gifting Suite, every gift is professionally packed by hand and dispatched from our Queensland studio to ensure it arrives beautifully presented and ready to impress.

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00pm, on weekends or public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

During peak gifting periods, including Christmas, Mother's Day and Father's Day, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing.

Standard Shipping

Australia-wide flat rate shipping is $13.95.

Standard shipping includes tracking and is ideal for non-urgent orders.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • Queensland: 1–3 business days
  • New South Wales: 1–4 business days
  • Victoria: 2–5 business days
  • Australian Capital Territory: 2–4 business days
  • South Australia: 3–5 business days
  • Tasmania: 3–5 business days
  • Western Australia: 3-6 business days
  • Northern Territory: 3-6 business days
  • Regional and remote locations may require additional transit time.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available from $20.00 and is our recommended option for urgent gifts, settlement gifts, birthdays and time-sensitive deliveries.

Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same business day.

Most Express Post deliveries to metropolitan areas arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Typical Express delivery timeframes:

  • Queensland: Next business day to 2 business days
  • New South Wales: 1–2 business days
  • Victoria: 1–3 business days
  • Australian Capital Territory: 1–2 business days
  • South Australia: 1–3 business days
  • Tasmania: 2–4 business days
  • Western Australia: 2–5 business days
  • Northern Territory: 2-5 business days
  • Regional and remote locations may require additional transit time.

While Australia Post does not guarantee overnight delivery to every location, Express Post remains the fastest available shipping option.

New Zealand Shipping

We proudly ship selected gifts to New Zealand.

Shipping starts from $24.95 AUD.

Estimated delivery timeframe is 5–10 business days.

Any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by New Zealand authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

Important Delivery Information

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence once your order has been dispatched.
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • Delays caused by Australia Post, courier networks, weather events, customs processing or peak seasonal demand are outside our control.
  • Deliveries to PO Boxes, hospitals, aged care facilities, military addresses and remote locations may require additional transit time.
