Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your gifting experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and include all tags, inserts and accessories.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
  • Return shipping cost: Customer responsibility.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@thegiftingsuite.com.au. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping details. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.

In these cases, return shipping is covered by us, and a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect product safety, quality and hygiene, some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants)
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Beauty & personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items – these are final sale and cannot be returned

If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us and we’ll be happy to advise.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank, payment provider or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
