If you’ve chosen a Ready-to-Gift Box:
- Choose your card from our Complimentary Cards section
- Upload your message image or typed note
Every card is carefully placed inside the gift box for your recipient to discover first.

- In your cart, tick the “Include Audio & Video Message” option
- After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a secure upload link
- Record or upload your video from your phone, tablet, or computer — no apps required
