The Gifting Suite was founded by Lucy Williams B.Sc. (Hons) after a 25-year career in the corporate world and a background in Forensic Science. For years, Lucy worked designing custom solutions for law enforcement, but her true passion always came back to connection, thoughtfulness, and the moments that matter.

After emigrating from Wales and leaving behind close family and lifelong friends, Lucy realised the power of receiving a gift that’s not just beautiful, but personal. A gift that comes with a message you can hear, a face you can see, and a sense of presence that transcends distance.
